Shipping Information

Standard orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail (except custom items). Typical transit time is approximately 3 days.  We also offer USPS Priority Mail Express (Overnight) shipping- all overnight shipping orders must be received by 2pm PST.  After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email.  Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment notification with tracking number(s).

For Orders Shipping to Canada:

The United States Postal Service offers a Flat Rate Option to ship to Canada for $20.00.  This price does not include any customs duties or taxes that may be owed on the package. This service does not provide tracking information.  Shipping time will vary, but is quoted as 6 - 10 business days.
 

Returns & Exchanges

Items arriving damaged or defective may be returned for an exchange or refund.  Order the wrong color or style?  No problem.  All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.  Please contact us to initiate the return process.
