Standard orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via quickest and most affordable shipping method (USPS, UPS) We also offer USPS Priority Mail Express (Overnight) shipping- all overnight shipping orders must be received by 2pm PST. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment notification with tracking number(s).
The United States Postal Service offers a Flat Rate Option to ship to Canada for $20.00. This price does not include any customs duties or taxes that may be owed on the package. This service does not provide tracking information. Shipping time will vary, but is quoted as 6 - 10 business days.
Items arriving damaged or defective may be returned for an exchange or refund. Order the wrong color or style? No problem. All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. Please contact us at parasolsinparadise@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
Lace parasols are made from 100% cotton lace, bamboo shaft and some metal parts.
Pagoda parasols are made from Spongee fabric and a metal shaft. The handle is vinyl.
Hand fans are silk and bamboo.
Ghana fans are cotton and leather.
Roundies are 100% cotton.
Thai parasols are made from waxed paper, bamboo handle and a cotton string.
Typically, parasols aren’t designed for rain. However the pagodas can be use in rain or sun. The other styles should not be use when it is raining.
Parasols by nature are delicate and should be stored and handled carefully. It is not recommended to use the pagoda parasol in a heavy downpour or in windy conditions. Also take care with the parasol when walking with it and it is closed. Do not use it like a cane when walking.
Yes! Our pagoda parasols offer UV protection up to 90%. Our lace parasols offer shade as sun protection. We always advise to wear facial sunscreen daily for full sun protection.
Yes! Julie can customize any parasol and help you with ideas to personalize your parasol for your event, gift or theme. Her custom rates will be given once she knows the size of the project. We also can customize and print hand fans for any event.
